Neon Burst® Dogwood is a striking ornamental shrub valued for its vibrant, chartreuse-yellow foliage that brightens the garden from spring through to autumn. New growth emerges a vivid yellow before maturing to a soft lime green, offering bold contrast in mixed borders or foundation plantings. In autumn, the leaves take on rich shades of red and purple, while its red stems provide attractive winter interest.
